RETURNS AND REFUND
Withdrawal Policy
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract/order concluded online without penalty and without having to provide any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 days, provided that the products are intact, unused, and include all labels, accessories, and original packaging. The customer must send a registered letter with return receipt, indicating their intention to exercise this right, specifying the item number, date of purchase, and receipt number. They must also provide the details for crediting the amount. You will be contacted promptly with an RMA return number. The customer must then return the package, at their own expense, clearly indicating the RMA number we sent to the address specified on the RMA form. The refund (excluding shipping costs incurred for the return of the purchased item) will be made via PayPal or bank transfer within 10 days of receiving the goods, or by using a "store voucher" to be used in our online store.
The right of withdrawal expires:
- If the essential integrity of the item (packaging and/or its contents) is lacking
- Even partial use of the item and any consumables
- Lack of the original external packaging and/or internal packaging
- Lack of integral product elements (accessories, manuals, parts, etc.)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation
- In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the shipping costs.
- Customers purchasing with a VAT number and those purchasing customized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
