For goods purchased using PayPal, PayPal will immediately charge the amount of the purchase upon completion of the online transaction. If the order is cancelled, either by the Customer or if Orofashion rejects the order, the amount for the cancelled goods will be credited back to the Customer's PayPal account upon cancellation. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to the chosen payment method within the PayPal account depends exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once the refund has been credited to the PayPal account, Orofashion cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages caused by delays in the refund due to PayPal or the banking system.
Orofashion reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g., landline phone number) to establish the actual ownership of the PayPal account. In the absence of the required documentation, Orofashion reserves the right to refuse the order.
At no point during the purchase process will Orofashion be able to access the buyer's credit card information or PayPal account information. Therefore, Orofashion cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on Orofashion.it.
Scalapay - If you purchase with Scalapay, you will receive your order immediately and pay in three installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.
Bank Transfer - You will receive the bank transfer details after completing your purchase. To expedite shipping, please email us (gioiellerianotini@gmail.com) or fax us (0583723592) with a copy of the bank transfer receipt. Without payment notifications, we must wait for the transfer to reach our bank before shipping (approximately 2-3 business days).
Postal Order - You will receive the details to process the postal order after completing your purchase. To expedite shipping, please email us (gioiellerianotini@gmail.com) or fax us (0583723592) with a copy of the money order receipt. Without payment notifications, we must wait for the money order to reach our bank before shipping (approximately 5-7 business days).
Cash on Delivery (ITALY ONLY) - Payment is made in cash upon delivery. A €5.00 collection fee (the courier's fee for transferring the money to us) will be added to the total. Choosing cash on delivery confirms the purchase contract, and the customer is required to collect the product. If the customer fails to collect the package, a €10.00 handling fee will be charged.
Cash - Credit Card - You can pay in cash or by credit card by picking up the purchased item in person at our store in BARGA (LU), after having communicated your intention to collect the item in person.
